III FAIR MADEIRA NATURA
Madeira Natura is an idea that emerged from the meetings of the work group of the Association Ananda Marga in Madeira, for the Neo-Humanistic Education project in Portugal, being the purpose of the fair to raise funds to realize this project. The first edition of the fair happened in July 1st , 2nd and 3rd of 2005, in the Funchal Municipal Garden, the second edition in June 15th, 16th, 17th and 18th of 2006 and the third edition is scheduled for October 3rd, 4th, 5th, 6th and 7th of 2007.The fair will have the presence of several entities whose activities, products or services tha fit the mission of the fair, as well as an activity program filled with natural, holistic, cultural and artistic content. We will have lectures on several subjects such as renewable energies, meditation and vegetarianism. Also Yoga classes of several styles, theater performances, martial arts demonstrations, belly dancing, live music performances will take place. There will be a vegetarian restaurant, a proper space with activities for children and more surprises...

Mission of Madeira Natura Fair
1. To awake and impart a growing conscience and understanding in the general public, of the role of vegetarianism as a healthy alternative for well-being and individual balance;2. To spread and promote alternative life styles and alternative therapies and techniques;
3. To create a space for conviviality, information and experience exchange for all those that share an holistic view of our development as human beings and envision a rise in cultural and social awareness.
4. To awaken an ecological and environmental awareness, strengthening the importance of the role that each one of us plays in our Planet.
